In groups small and large, everyone writes an appreciation for the people playing. Those notes are combined into one recognition Cheers per person, so what each player hears is the whole room's voice, not any one person's.
Being thanked out loud, in person, in front of your peers is one of the most positive experiences someone can have at work. Cheers are read aloud and passed from teammate to teammate, so each person has a turn to speak and a turn to be spoken about. Every person leaves feeling valued. Best for teams of 15 or fewer.
Attendees share Cheers about the people around them, presented live as a slideshow. The activity can be introduced early and the slideshow shown at any point of the event, between sessions, during a meal, or as a closing moment. Players can upload a personal photo that shows a new side of who they are, turning a room of name badges into a room of people who know each other.
